Refund Policy

1. Deposits

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date and to begin planning. This retainer secures our availability and covers initial planning work performed on your behalf.

2. Cancellation by Client

If the client cancels services, the retainer is not refundable. Additional payments made prior to cancellation may be partially refundable based on services rendered and unrecoverable third-party costs at the time of cancellation, as outlined in the engagement agreement.

3. Postponement

We will work in good faith to apply paid amounts toward a rescheduled date subject to our availability. New vendor terms or rate changes are the responsibility of the client.

4. Cancellation by Verma Global Ventures

If, in rare circumstances, we are unable to perform services as agreed, we will refund all amounts paid to us for unperformed services. Third-party vendor refunds are subject to those vendors' policies.

5. Third-Party Vendor Costs

Payments made to third-party vendors (venues, caterers, florists, etc.) are subject to those vendors' own refund and cancellation terms.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond either party's control, the parties will work together in good faith to reschedule or apply paid amounts to alternative arrangements.
